We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Flutter Scrum Master to join our client. If your aim is to work within a team to find new solutions and where your opinion matters, we have just the right project for you!
Requirements:
– Experience with Flutter (Senior mobile developer with experience as Tech Lead or Scrum Master);
– Degree in Computer Science or similar field;
– Fluent English;
– Familiarity with software development (Agile/Dart);
– Strong foundations in object-oriented programming languages;
– Scrum master certification is a plus;
– Excellent communication and leadership skills;
Responsabilities:
– Manage and coordinate a software development team;
– Helping software development teams apply Dart/Agile frameworks;
– Manage projects scopes and timelines;
– Coach team members in Agile/Dart frameworks;
– Promote and manage internal communication and collaboration;
– Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests;
– Resolve conflicts;
– Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards;
– Guide development teams to higher Flutter maturity.
